All hands were on deck ahead of our Burlesque night to make paper pin wheels, paper pom poms and photo booth props for the event
BURLESQUE CIRCUS FUNDRAISING EVENT
On Saturday 21st September at The Cue Club, St Albans, to raise money and awareness for the St Albans & Hertsmere Womens Refuge Centre we hosted a Burlesque evening!
The evening saw the debut performance of the fabulous new band The Inmates accompanied by dancers from St Albans Jive Swing, followed by stunning Burlesque performances from October Rush, Tigerlily Wolf, Lady May-den Voyage and Scarlet Cuffs, and an appearance by Magician Dee Riley.
We raised a fantastic £1,200.00 for the Refuge!
Acting President, Lia Nelissen & Secretary Emma Golding presented a cheque for £1,200.00
